Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items in new and unworn condition. I received a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, what should I do?
If your package arrived with damages, please contact the associated shipping provider to open a dispute. I LOVE SYDNEY METRO is not responsible for packages after we've handed them off to the postal courier.

If your packaged arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund if necessary.
